Administrators' suite of tools updated.
Code that allows articles to be displayed anywhere on the site updated.
Code that allows changes to the database from within the Admin section updated.

Code that allows modules to be placed anywhere on the site updated.
Email-address cloaking system updated.
Code that allows the use of tabbed content updated.

Most of the updates relate to compatibility with PHP7.4.x; this is now the minimum version that these will work with.
